From Late‑Night Cravings to a Community Table

I’m Noelia G., and in 2009 I arrived in Savannah from Peru for college. Late nights left me craving flavors that reminded me of home, but campus meals and fast food fell flat. I turned my tiny apartment kitchen into a gathering spot. Using family recipes, I learned to roast Pollo a la Brasa and craft fresh sauces from scratch. Every meal came with laughter and shared stories, and soon our late‑night meals grew into so much more.

My goal was clear: bring homestyle Latin cooking to Savannah using the freshest ingredients. I leaned on my Peruvian roots and my family’s approach to healthy, balanced meals. Our signature chicken marinates twenty‑four hours in vibrant spices, then roasts slowly until the skin is crisp and the meat stays juicy. We slice to order and serve it with bright chimichurri or house‑made sauces for every taste.

Crafting Every Dish with Honest Care

Crafting Every Dish with Honest Care
In our kitchen, everything starts from scratch. Bowls begin with rice or greens, then layers of seasoned meats, roasted veggies, or tender pork. Each morning we blend our aji verde and smoky salsa sauces—no shortcuts. Salads stay crisp, wraps stay piled high, and our churros roll by hand before each fry. Our team shares my vision: real meals cooked with care, healthy ingredients, and plenty of character.
